A full house transformation with a loft conversion and double-storey rear extension, reconfiguring the space for a bright, modern and open layout.

This project was a full-scale house transformation, including a full-size loft conversion to add living space and a 10m x 2m double-storey rear extension integrated with the existing structure.

The internal layout was completely reconfigured, opening up the rooms to bring in more natural light and improve the flow of the house. The photographs show the roof structure being opened up for the loft, the new blockwork for the extension, and the finished kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms and staircase.

The renovation added significant floor area and gave the whole house a fresh, contemporary feel, inside and out.
