Open-Plan Rear Extension & Interior Renovation

A single-storey rear extension creating an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, complemented by modern bathrooms and upgraded flooring.

This project included a 10m x 3m single-storey rear extension, designed to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The extension blends with the existing house, and two roof lanterns bring natural light deep into the new space.

Alongside the extension, we carried out a full internal refurbishment, including new bathrooms, a new kitchen and upgraded flooring throughout the property. The photographs show the stages behind the finish, from the steelwork and floor structure to the tiling of the new shower room.

The result is a bright, contemporary family home where the kitchen, dining and living spaces work together as one room.
