Flat Renovation with Full Services Upgrade

A full flat refurbishment including complete rewiring, new plumbing and a full conversion to underfloor heating, modernised to improve comfort, efficiency and long-term value.

This project was the full internal refurbishment of a tenth-floor, three-bedroom flat, stripped back to brick for a complete transformation.

All the original plumbing, wiring, radiators and flooring were removed and replaced with new systems, including underfloor heating throughout. A new floor screed was laid and finished with LVT flooring. Working on a high floor of an occupied building adds its own challenges, from moving materials to protecting shared areas and planning noisy work considerately.

The bathroom and WC were fully reconfigured with a new bath, shower tray, vanity unit and basin, along with updated plumbing and electrics. All internal doors were cut and adjusted to suit the new floor levels. The finished flat is a modern, energy-efficient home with a clean, high-specification finish.
