Rear Extension & Full Internal Transformation

A rear extension and full internal refurbishment, featuring new electrics, plumbing and an outbuilding studio with all necessary connections.

This project added a 5m x 3m rear extension to expand the living space, alongside a complete internal transformation of the house.

Every part of the interior was upgraded, from new plasterboard to full electrical rewiring and new plumbing, giving the house a refreshed and contemporary finish. The photographs show the steel beams and foundations for the extension, the underfloor heating and insulation going in, and the new kitchen opening onto the garden through sliding doors.

We also built a fully equipped outbuilding studio at the end of the garden, complete with all the pipework and electrical connections it needed, giving the owners a versatile, separate space in the garden.
